+234Art Fair 2025 theme: Championing Patronage in Nigerian Art

As Nigeria’s art landscape continues to evolve, the importance of meaningful art patronage has never been more apparent. Building upon the success of the 2024 fair in spotlighting emerging artists, the 2025 edition of +234Art Fair will explore the transformative power of patronage in driving the growth and sustainability of Nigerian art.
Patronage extends far beyond financial support. It extends to the cultivation of relationships that empower artists to sustain and expand their creative practices. Art thrives in situations where the practice is nurtured by a community committed to its growth, and the 2025 edition of +234Art Fair aims to foster these essential connections. By providing a dynamic platform for artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts to interact, the fair highlights how meaningful support can shape an artist’s journey and enhance the larger art ecosystem.
The fair will present a diverse array of works across mediums, from painting and sculpture to photography and digital art. Beyond the exhibitions, engaging discussions, panels, and collaborations will inspire patrons, seasoned collectors, and industry professionals to champion the next generation of artists.
Join us at +234Art Fair in 2025 as we celebrate the richness of Nigerian art and build a future where meaningful patronage ensures the vibrancy of the country’s artistic heritage.
